  Came out to check water leak that I told him had stopped. Insisted it was a sign that the pump was going out. My response was: when it goes out I will replace it then. Then came his scare tactics I would hate for you to come home to find your garage floated. He replaced a perfectly good pump and took mine (I'm assuming to sell to someone else. I have a maintenance contract with these folks which I will immediately cancel. When I asked for my pump he didn't recall who I was; interesting! I refuse to deal with crooks, this was a pure and simple thief.
