  Love Dr. Besong. Office staff is horrible. They don't listen to you, they get argumentative and have no clue what they are doing. Wish he would hire some experienced staff with good customer service skills. May stop using him just for this reason. Which is a shame because he is a great Dr. He is kind and gentle and knows how to lighten the mood when it can be very scary. He saved my life. But please get better staff.
